Amwal International Investment Company K.S.C.P is established and managed by an experienced and accomplished team of senior executives with thorough knowledge in the financial services.

They collectively possess significant resources in the areas of Wealth Management, Brokerage, Investment Banking, M&A, Business Building, Finance, Information Technology, Operations, Compliance and Risk Management.

Abdullah AlRashoud joined Amwal International Investment Company K.S.C.P in 2012 as the Chief Executive Officer responsible for leading the company and developing its strategy. Before joining Amwal International Investment Company K.S.C.P, Mr. Abdullah served as Tabarak Investment Company Founder and CEO and prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of KSB Capital Group. Mr. Al Rashoud holds an MBA from University of Nottingham-United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University-Riyadh. Mr. Al Rashoud is a member of several organizations including: the Kuwait Economic Organization, the Executives Committee of Prince Salman Award for entrepreneurs, and the National Committee for Young Businessmen. He is also a columnist in Al -Eqtisadiah Newspaper and a lecturer and speaker in several conferences and forums.

Marc El HageDeputy CEO — Business Development and Head of Private Wealth Management

Prior to assuming this role, he was leading the Business Development and Institutional Sales Business of Amwal International in the MENA region.

On the structuring side, Mr. El Hage has worked on the legal and technical structure of all the funds and investment vehicles issued and managed by AMWAL Group. He also worked on several Corporate Finance transactions in the region. He has a vast experience in dealing with financial regulators and central banks in the region and has collaborated with various International Law Firms in various jurisdictions.

On the placement side, Mr. El-Hage was actively involved in raising significant assets from banks, institutional investors and family offices in the region.

Mr. El Hage started his career with AMWAL Bank Group in 2005 rotating in different areas of commercial, corporate and investment banking. He is a holder of an MBA from the Lebanese American University (LAU), a Masters in Banking & Finance and a B.A. in Business and Management from Saint Joseph University (USJ).

Mr. Fadi Alkhalaf holds an MBA from the University of Northampton - UK, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from university Sciences and Technology-Yemen. He has more than 20years of experience in various administration fields 12 years of them were in real estate and real estate funds in Kuwait. Previously he worked with KSB capital group as Head of compliance and worked with Emtidad Development co. as a Business development manager.

Throughout her eight years working in various functions within the asset management department of the firm, Samia deployed her acquired in-depth knowledge of the craft to lead investment and operational projects with strategic importance to our clients and the firm.

Samia earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment and Banking, is a CFA level II candidate, and holds International Certification in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School.

Rabih JawadDirector – Corporate Finance

Rabih Jawad is managing the Corporate Finance department at Amwal International Investment Company K.S.C.PKuwait, he has 19 years of experience in Investment Banking, Audit and Assurance. Rabih is advising on several type of transactions across sectors including Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity - Debt Capital Markets and Private Equity Structuring. Before joining Amwal International Investment Company K.S.C.PKuwait, Rabih was a Senior Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche (M.E), he conducted Financial/Compliance audits and statutory audit and provided consulting services and agreed-upon procedures for companies operating in the Middle East in different sectors.

Rabih holds a Master in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University (LAU) and a Bachelor of Science in Business with double major, Accounting and Banking and Finance.

He is Certified as Endorsed Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Certified Financial Modeller (CFM) from The International Academy of Business and Financial Management.

As Head of Information Technology, since Oct, 2019 Ansar M Yoosuf is leading the digital transformation initiative at Amwal International Investment Company K.S.C.P. Ansar has over 25 years of experience in Technology with the Capital Market domain.

Prior to taking this role, Ansar led Information Technology at MEFIC for implementation of key technology functions, encompassing infrastructure, platforms, services, Cyber security and Audits/legal compliances.

Ansar has previously worked for Temenos Middle East, Dubai, holding Senior Business Consultant role in implementing Asset Management, Derivatives & Mutual funds solutions for leading Asset Management firms across the Middle East. During earlier part of his career at Kuwait Investment Bank, Ansar had been individual contributor for design and development of proprietary Asset Management System.

Ansar Yoosuf holds Post Graduate degree in Computer Application and is a Bachelor of Science in Physics with University of Calicut, India. His other area of interests includes Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Agro-economics.

Mr. Mohammed Al-Dossary is the Head of Product Development and Corporate Finance at Amwal International Investment Company K.S.C.P. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from Newcastle University in Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from King Faisal University, with a variety of experiences in business development, investment products, and investment management. Mr. Al-Dossary held several positions in Bank Al-Jazira and the Investment Department of Al-Fawzan Holding Company as well as the Investment Products Development Department at the Capital Market Authority. Mr. Mohammed also obtained several advanced investment courses inside and outside Kuwait, and passed the first level of the CFA certificate. He obtained the Technical Foundations Certificate in Corporate Finance and the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management.
