Equity Capital Market
Amwal delivers tailor-made structures and execution solutions for clients based on their capital needs to meet growth objectives and identify strategic business partners. Amwal team has capabilities in advising clients on public and private offerings.
Initial Public Offering (IPO)
Amwal will act as the Financial Advisor of the client and will lead the offering process and the transition of an entity from private to public ownership. Amwal will also advise on the significant changes that may affect the management, corporate governance, reporting and operations of the business to comply with the laws and regulations of listed companies.
